If you contact Dani, he receives your email address, message and any details you choose to include. He uses them to respond and handle the correspondence. The basis is his legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or steps toward a contract when your message concerns a possible project. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed for the conversation and reasonable follow-up or record keeping.
